Self-Directed IRA Investing

Today PENSCO funded two interesting investments: the purchase of an airplane hangar and a hearse! In the case of the hearse, a funeral home wasn’t able to get traditional financing (if you haven’t heard, banks aren’t lending these days) so it called upon our client (an IRA investor) to purchase and lease back the hearse. Our airplane hangar investment is purchasing a foreclosed property to lease out. There are all kinds of amazing real estate and related opportunities being generated by the current economic downturn. One man’s problem is another man’s opportunity.
